You should be using a mop and feeding them a good stable food with frozen bloodworms or live blackworms 1-2 times a week. Regular water changes as well. 2009年8月11日 · Mine do not use a spawning mop but I find rainbow cichlids, Herotilapia multispinosa, easy to breed. They are vegetarian by nature and are therefore easy on their tank-mates most of the time. When they breed they can get quite territorial but will only chase other fish from their territory and then stop the chase.
