2020年7月11日 · Soul calibur's story was a mess to start out with...I think the way they handled it in 6 was as good as it can get for the amount of funds they received to make Soul calibur 6. What would you think would happen if Devs took out 50% of the roster like. Ryu,Ken or Chun-li out of street fighter....All of a sudden it's not Street fighter anymore.

2020年11月30日 · Soul Calibur 3 - Besides all the above involving PCSX2, this game requires a LOT of single-thread CPU power and might struggle with systems able to emulate many other PS2 games. It works though, and it even got the shadows working fairly recently, IIRC in the 1.5.0 development run. Soul Calibur 4 - Only works in RPCS3. Xenia can't run it.

Because there hasn't been a good entry since 3. 4 was okay at best, 5 was a joke. And 6 is just a better version of 5. Soul calibur has no identifiable characters except for nightmare at best. The roster just isn't that great and the characters aren't that likable. Gameplay wise? Its a slower tekken and less interesting.

Just wasnt a fan of the path character design took. Seemed like they wanted heavily to compete with Dead or Alive on that department. Also hated the mission mode there.
