Seekers are slightly better objective capping at less cost but have a little less durability and threat compared to fiends.

Additionally, there is a building which reduces control when already negative and increases your income by a certain percentage. Build this in conjunction with your income buildings while have low control and your economy will skyrocket like there’s no tomorrow.
