It really surprised me how much I noticed weakness in new places when I started upping my single-leg game. I’m with you though, it sucks getting started and not feeling like you’re making progress.

2019年4月6日 · I replaced my single leg glute bridges with feet-elevated hip thrusts. In the SC book he talks about how great that is to train glutes for quad-dominant people, and since I (like it sounds like you, too) am too weak in the glutes to do single leg raises/bridges yet. And he is right, they're really great for teaching more glute activation.

2017年10月2日 · SL glute bridges are very hard for me. I feel like I'm not getting the range of motion I should. So I started doing normal (both leg) glute bridges and then raising one knee, holding that, and slowly lowering my butt in good SL form. Rinse, repeat. Also, the shoulder elevated marching thing is helping a lot!
