Shrek as a human. Being an ogre, Shrek has considerable physical strength, being able to break wood and metal constructions, defeat armored humans in combat, and lift or turn objects that are too heavy for a human being, such as a gigantic vat of magic potion against the maximum security of the Fairy Godmother in Shrek 2.

Shrek's special ability as an ogre allows him to pick up and throw enemies and specially marked objects, and his ability as a human is Charge, which causes Donkey to rush forward while Shrek swings his sword.

In order to make the change permanent, Shrek must kiss Fiona by midnight. Shrek, Donkey, and Puss return to the castle; however, the Fairy Godmother, having discovered the theft, has sent Charming to pose as human Shrek and win Fiona's love.

Shrek and Donkey both drink the potion and fall into a deep sleep, awakening the next morning to discover its effects: Shrek is now a handsome human with a button nose, thick wavy locks and top round bottom, while Donkey has turned into a stallion.

For the first time in the Shrek franchise, we get to see what Shrek would look like as a human being. After he drinks one of the Fairy Godmothers’ potions he turns into a rather dashing, chiseled man.
