However there are rules in XGE stating the cost of spell-crafting services and it puts a Shadow Blade above 1sp, so the closest RAW interpretation is that Booming Blade DOES work with Shadow Blade, but I would definitely check with the DM before trying to run it.

But Shillelagh won't be that good for a GOO Tomelock. The easiest path would be to do the typical Hex + Eldritch Blast strategy, and using your bonus action to move your Hex around.

May 9, 2021 · As a level 6 blade singer with extra attack, and with a level 3 shadow blade dealing 3d8+4 on each hit, I dealt a total of 147 points of damage across 4 rounds, for an average of 37 points of damage per round. Take shadow blade; it really is as good as everyone says, and your non magical martial teammates will thank you for it.

Jun 23, 2020 · Psychic is the damage type of Shadow Blade. This means it only depends on damage resistance to psychic damage, it has nothing to do with magic and magic resistance outside of Counterspell, Dispel Magic, and Antimagic Sphere. Go wizard, Bladesinger, you eventually get two attacks and get Shadow Blade. You can use Booming Blade until then.

May 24, 2018 · Shadow blade creates a melee weapon. When you attack with it, you make a melee weapon attack. Melee weapon attacks use your Strength modifier, unless a rule tells you otherwise.
