With high value and a healthy profit margin I only have to sell 2 or 3 items per month on Etsy to be happy. I sell on other platforms, local galleries and take commercial commissions - themed décor and prop builds.

2023年8月9日 · I do use Etsy to sell stuff albeit I am only 4 months old. It’s been great so far! The only downside to my shop is that I don’t use tracking (it’s spendy) and only use stamps. This can be bad because if a letter gets lost I simply have to replace or refund the customer.

Still some shop earn a lot, running full businesses without having to promote, or growing an audience at all. Sales can came exclusively from etsy seo (people that search on etsy).

I don't sell anything valued under US$120 in my Etsy shop because it's not worth it in my time and effort. Put a dollar value on your time. "Success" is not about raw sales number.
