Scott received 2005 GAP Award funding to aid in the casting of cardboard sculptures into bronze and aluminum. Since 1999, he has been making larger-than-life cardboard busts, often of such personalities as Teddy Roosevelt, Bob Dylan, Marilyn Monroe, and Mies van der Rohe.
