2023年10月12日 · Hi I had Samsung cloud app on my s22 ultra and last night I did a reset because I was having problems with the beta update and after that I kept getting a message saying that Samsung cloud wasn't supported on my device and that it can only run in the background and then after that it just disappeared and so I don't know what the heck is going on.

2024年5月12日 · It downloads games and apps to my phone on its own and its so frickin annoying. It constantly has notifications and in order to change any settings I have to first agree to even using it. Well I don't want it! I just use the apps I use and I don't need some garbage app cloud taking up space on my phone.

Samsung cloud always seems to update app but actually not update
Whenever I try to open Samsung cloud from settings page, it always prompts that there is an update available and then tries I download some update file, gets stuck at 95% or so and then just goes away. When I try to access Samsung cloud again after this process, it asks me go through the same process again.

2024年4月4日 · Open the settings in the Samsung Cloud app and make sure that you have the proper permissions and I have the checkbox enabled to show the app on screen. Sometimes, cached data can cause unexpected behavior. Try clearing the cache and data for both the Samsung Cloud app and the OneDrive app: Go to Settings > Apps > Samsung Cloud.
