2024年11月29日 · Appears to me SWFA is on the verge of disappearing.... good luck getting those scopes serviced in the future. SWFA scope failures probably follow a bathtub curve as many other products do (i.e., the large majority of failures show very early in a scope's life due to material or manufacturing defects or it lasts a long time).

2024年11月30日 · I have only one SWFA scope. It's a 5-20X50 HD. It's heavy, expensive and was an orphan because nobody wants a scope that has no zero stop. it works well and repeats. I shot it to 1100 yds and farther. I've never considered SWFA scopes to be particularly cheap excepting the fixed power line.

2024年12月25日 · The swfa 3-9 doesn’t suffer this nearly as bad. The lrtsi/lrhs do quite well also. Being a prairie whitetail nut I care about it more then when I hunt in mountains.
