State Route 28 (SR 28) is a state highway in the U.S. state of Washington. It travels 135 miles (217 km) across the central region of the state, passing through Douglas, Grant, and Lincoln counties.

This project includes Phases 3 & 4 of the larger “Eastside Corridor Project” to improve north-south mobility through East Wenatchee. Currently nearly 20,000 vehicles travel along the SR 28 corridor every day. Conflicts between north-south traffic on SR 28 and traffic crossing or turning off/on the highway are increasing.
