after the necessary configuration steps have been made in sub-modulo FSCM - SAP BCM (SAP ERP 6.0/EHP4) we are struggling with the following scenario: 1. F110 - Payment medium creation. 2. BNK_APP - payment approval. 3. BNK_MONI - payment set to approved. How is it possible to transfer the payments from "Approved" tab to "Sent to Bank" tab?
Bank Communication Management - Webservice instead of files
BCM can produce files (e.g. .xml ) with payments which can be send to banks (thrgough sftp maybe). We would like to know if BCM can utilize webservices instead of files through sftp connections. Thank you in advance,
SAP BCM - IVR Implementation
I am setting up an IVR on SAP BCM, which will perform some queries in external database and verbalization of these values. From what I saw in the "SAP BCM - IVR Administration Guide" I need to use the EXTERNALDATA state and SOAP state for these queries. But the documentation is unclear and does not exemplify these settings with practical models.
SAP BCM with CISCO phone system and gateway
We currently have CISCO phone system/Gateway with CISCO IVR. We also have SAP CRM 7.2. Can SAP BCM connect well with CISCO gateway + CISCO IVR with SAP CRM? Does any of you see any call pop to voice connect synchronization issues, call drops etc? Is CISCO connector best choice or SAP BCM in this scenario? Any pointers will be very helpful. Regards,

CRM integration failing after various SAP and BCM patches applied
We have recently upgraded our SAP BCM V7 system with SP7 in tandem with various patching of the SAP CRM systems. In general, following SP7, SAP Contact Centre seems to be working well - however the CRM integration is problematic.
SAP BCM 7 Voicemail issue
Using BCM 7, Users have been trying to listen to the voicemails on their CDT queues but have not been able to hear anything. The progress bar moves as if the messages are loading, and then there is a motion like they are playing, but none of them are able to hear anything. Any response is appreciable. Thanks. Jai

With BCM/CRM integration, regards to the functionality available in BCM CDT for assigning oneself on a queue (ticking either checkbox) : - Can the fact that an agent has the authoriszation to assign himself to either queue be customized? - Can a supervisor manage a whole teams assignement on queues in CDT? BCM - CRM Webclient Ready Workmode - SAP Community
2014年3月11日 · I have configured our SAP CRM 701(70109) to use BCM7(7.0.4.100) for the chat functionality according to the BP Config guides. When I test the chat with CDT, it works 100%. When I want to chat with our CRM Webclient with the same username as the one I've used to test with CDT, I get an issue with the "Ready" radio button.
