2024年11月20日 · HIGHWAY PATROLMAN, Model 28-2, mfg. ‘69 - ‘71. Just bought this from a S&W collector in New England. Called S&W this morning and they said it was manufactured between 1969 and 1971. This thing just reeks of quality. I think it has a little glossier finish than some of the 28-2’s I have seen before.

The 28-3 was introduced in 1982 and in 1986 the Model 28 was discontinued. This from the edition 3 of the SCS&W. My 28-2 was shipped 11/62.
