2014年6月27日 · The bike I sat on was a BMC and had a 51 size frame( I'm normally a 54/53 frame) so its one size smaller, the saddle was way to high for me by several inches but with my foot on a stool I could sit on the bike and move it around. I have to say it felt better than my other bike which is a medium frame size.

2024年12月25日 · Personally, I would go for them. I ride with marathon+ on my Cube road bike (though only in a 28c - my bike would not take a 38c). If you are not a racer, nor particularly wanting to ride as fast as possible, then they are not "horrible" as some on here would have you believe. And they are VERY puncture resistant.

2024年5月29日 · If you are buying a bike for transport, reliability is key. The problem with low end stuff is that it's often designed for occasional riding rather than regular or daily riding. Unfortunately buying bikes isn't really like buying cars, where the cheapest cars are often as reliable as much more expensive cars.

I encountered back and arm aches and when I went to a local, more specialised bike shop for a 'fit' they told me it was the wrong size. They weren't trying to sell me a new bike but did attempt adjustments on my bike which made a slight improvement but not sufficiently for me to keep the bike!
