Rhonda was an inmate at Litchfield Penitentiary and the former leader of the Black Girls during Vee's earlier incarceration. She appears solely in flashbacks in " 40 Oz. of Furlough ". She is portrayed by Sidné Anderson.

A group of African-American prisoners make their way into the bunk, led by a woman named Rhonda. Rhonda hands Vee a welcome basket of toiletries and tells Vee to meet them for breakfast. Vee, who doesn’t take kindly to being told what to do, tells them that she’s not a morning person, so no thanks.

2021年6月5日 · The OITNB wiki says that Vee killed Rhonda (and Vee later went to MAX for that), but Vee seems to have told Red that Rhonda got sent to MAX. Obviously Vee could have lied about this to not make Red suspicious, but I don’t know exactly what happened.
