2023年11月17日 · The F30 is more comfortable at higher pressures, and I can keep leak rates very low. I think the F30i is more comfortable, but I have issues with leaks with a pressure of 17.0/13.0. I recently lowered the pressure slightly; the F30i was better, but I had some events.

2021年10月9日 · I wish ResMed would make a large F30 cushion because the width of the mouth opening probably won't accommodate someone with a mouth wider than the average mouth. Fuller than average lips might also be a problem, but that is only speculation on my experience being of somewhat average facial features.

2018年11月30日 · I have only regularly used a Resmed F30 and a F & P Simplus mask. The Simplus worked well but I get a pressure sore on the bridge of my nose. The f30 is very comfortable , runs a a lower pressure than the Simplus ( aerophagia is much reduced). However I have consistently large leaks which concerns me that the leaks may compromise my treatment.

The nasal holes are distinct but seem small for the size of my nares and leave me feeling like my breathing is obstructed. Is it possible to “ cut away” a bit of the nasal mask part to enlarge the holes? If so, any recommendations on how to go about it?
