A fantastic read over the festive period which has certainly given an insight into what Rega have achieved with the Naia & their intentions to compete in the high end TT market. The P10 was the “end game” spinner for me, or so I thought!

2010年1月8日 · I recently got a Rega Planar 1 and Rega Fono Mini A2D Mk 2, which are connected to a NAD C326BEE. The amp is silent when connected to all devices (NAD CD player, Tuner, Bluetooth receiver), but gives out a hum when connected to the Rega devices. Turning off the power on the mains switch on the Rega Planar doesn't solve the problem.

While the phrases 'unsuspended' and 'belt drive' are classic Rega through and through, even a quick look at the Planar 8 should be enough to confirm that this is not a gentle evolution.

2023年3月28日 · All that tech is not necessary for playback. It's just added to attempt to justify the ridiculous cost. A TT just doesn't need to cost nearly 2x a Ferrari. I bet in blind testing you couldn't tell the difference between that monstrosity and a Rega P10.
