2011年2月26日 · I'll admit I've used a tank for a different refrigerant after just pulling a good vac on it and never had any problems. Course I'd never do that with a tank that had a burn out refrigerant in there though. Easiest would probably be to just exchange it for a new one and let the tank company worry about the clean up.

Indeed it weighed 17.9 After about 5 recoveries using this tank I noticed that even during those recoveries the tank pressure gained about 70 psi. It now is at about 120 psi When I recover and all the unit refrigerant gets stuck only in the discharge hose off the recovery

And you could buy the dual valve setup to convert your own bottle into a recovery tank from the refrigeration wholesalers. That was before 410a was out there, I'd be cautious on that point; need to find out the pressure rating of the tank first.

And any that may get transferred to another system is easily taken care of by the new filter drier installed.

2004年9月4日 · Reason I'm asking is the 3 things that DOT requires on a recovery cylinder are: the month and year of last test/inspection. WC, water capacity of the tank in lbs. TW, tare weight, or weight of tank empty. Most of those cylinders I've seen just have a sticker that says don't fill over (xyz) Stickers are only on those tanks for the first year or so.
