depends on what you mean with rarest rarest as in lowest drop chance. Infinite timereaver about 1/4000 drop chance, the lowest of any mount in the game, tho i would say its easier to get that the other very rare mounts since you can get a lot more tries, because it drops from ALL timewalking bosses, so you get about 3-4 tries every dungeon.

Most dungeon/raid drops are pretty rare. But WarcraftMounts has a gallery of all 606 mounts in WoW. The rarest i would say would be the discontinued original lvl 60 mounts since you can no longer get them.

The rarest mount I have is still the Cobalt Direhorn from Oondonsta, got that one the day the content dropped, I may have even gotten the "first" one. Next rarest is Otto the Otter :) Got lucky when they figured that secret out I had just gotten the Aquatic Shades so I got it pretty quickly.

Anything that you can basically one-shot at max level and cross fingers that you hit the lucky drop rate.
