Q-ships, also known as Q-boats, decoy vessels, special service ships, or mystery ships, were heavily armed merchant ships with concealed weaponry, designed to lure submarines into making surface attacks. This gave Q-ships the chance to open fire and sink them.

The Q-boat (serial F-COM/09), also dubbed Q's Fishing Boat, is a fictional Q Branch-designed experimental speedboat. The vessel appeared in the 1999 James Bond film The World Is Not Enough along with its 2000 video game adaption.
