2017年4月26日 · The inmate took a negotiated plea deal and is doing the time in a California jail through AB109, The inmate is serving a prison sentence in county jail and not in prison. Some attorneys say the inmate does not qualify for Prop 57 and other attorneys say the inmate does qualify for Prop 57. I still do not have an answer. Thanks

My husband is in for sex consual sex crimes, but at low secruity and is not a register offender. With that said, I'm not sure if he falls under the non violent offenders. The non violent offenders are the one who are eligible for the prop 57.
