2024年1月26日 · Prop 19 Sale w/Partial of Full Reassessment Exclusion - If heirs get a full exclusion from reassessment per an LLC, for example, or in any other way (have no idea how) and then sell, are they taxed on the sale price minus the assessed value when their parents bought the home and/or the stepped up value w/2% increases over the years?

2021年1月23日 · Prop 19 really screws over the middle-class who have worked hard to buy a home and would love to leave it to their kids someday to enjoy as a 2nd home. I am so angry this passed in the middle of a pandemic and is being pushed through while folks are strapped for cash to consult a lawyer and in such a short amount of time!
