2012年4月30日 · If I am correct there is a maybe a 3 inch plastic ring that holds the mirror on. You can access the ring from the hole in the bottom of the flag part of the mirror. Use a flat blade screwdriver and loosen the ring. Once the ring is loose the mirror comes out and you can get into the innards pretty easily.

I opted to backdate the look to the '74/'75 bright flag mirror to match my bright trim. The paint shop had to weld the larger square hole for the original mirror shut, then drill two smaller holes for the new mirror.
