Photoshop Flowey is the powered up version of Flowey after he absorbs the six human SOULs at the end of a Neutral Route. He serves as the final boss of that route if the protagonist has not defeated him before since the last True Reset or Genocide Route .

2022年10月25日 · Shurikens 1 is a lot of X-star bullets flying out of Flowey's floating pair of eyes. For this one, move bit by bit in one direction. The Flamethrowers attack has two main strategies. Either A) Go down and move left and right, or B) Go into one of the Flamethrowers and cheese the whole thing. B) isn't always possible. Vines is a weird attack.

From the screenshot, you seem to be on Phase 5, which is when Flowey breaks out the SAVE/LOAD mechanic to complement his otherwise-unimpressive vine/cross projectile attacks.
