Same with the Spell Gems (described in Out of the Abyss) - a Bloodstone Gem holds a 3rd level spell, but our Warlock casts all her spells as 4th level spells.

2021年9月10日 · In terms of the pearl of power, if the sorcerer has expended any sorcery points for a spell slot then the pearl of power can be used to create a spell slot to replace it. This also applies to a warlock of level 7+ who expends one of their 4th or 5th level slots - they will end up with a 3rd level slot that they don't normally have.

2023年6月24日 · The pearls of power cost 300gp each and gives 1 spell slot up to 3rd, require no attunement and recharge daily. The main difference is that pearls of power require an action to use, which just makes you regain your slot, you don't cast the spell.
