2014年7月2日 · If you want a palate cleanser that comes as close as possible to resetting the palate back to a relatively neutral state then go with the folks who've suggested unsalted crackers (or you can use unsalted pretzels) and water to help "scrub" out any fats and flavors from foods and/or beverages consumed earlier in the day.

2012年4月5日 · It was a blind tasting with 5 guys, and we averaged about 4oz per beer over 9 beers (plus one palate cleanser beer). We ate brisket + cheese & crackers throughout. A nice aged cheddar goes great with IPAs. In between, we had a coffee porter, which I think did a nice job of palate cleansing.
