The PS5 only pulls an amp or two at the wall anyway depending on the voltage. That image is a C7 connector btw from what I can tell, which is correct for the PS5. It ‘might’ be the non standard squared off version (polarised) on one side, can’t quite tell from the image.

2020年11月21日 · Only most Slim PS2s, fat PS3s, and initial PS4 Pros had different power cords. PS2 Slims only had different cords because their power bricks were external, so while the brick used the same standard cord, the brick connected to the console with a circular cord. Late models of Slim integrated the power brick back, so they used the same basic cords.

I mixed up cables also, and after looking at your pictures, and my cable, in the first picture, the cable on the right is the PS5. Also confirming, in your second picture it's the one with white lettering for the specs that is the PS5.

2022年3月2日 · If you take your PS5 panels off and then take the fan out, shine a flashlight down that hole. You'll see an area with a bunch of little holes - this is housing the power supply. When these holes get clogged with dust, no air can get through and the power supply ends up overheating after a while and forcing your console to shut off

2023年8月5日 · 100% . The "A" is amps. It's what the cord is rated for. Anything that uses electricity creates amps, some things use more amps, some less. The ps5 is rated at 350w which is about 3A. So any cord with a rating of at least 3A is good.
