So I cannot move from cell to cell, and cannot create a new file. I have Windows 10 and MS Office 2016. As for this "version/build", you will have to tell me where to find these.

2025年1月5日 · Choosing 'Open File Location' opens Explorer in "Windows.Programdata>Microsoft>StartMenu>Programs" where it shows Excel as a shortcut. Following that link takes you to "Windows>ProgramData>Microsoft Office>root>Office 16" where there is an Excel.exe. Double clicking that again yields, A bit frustrating.
