Hi Okta Community, I have a question regarding the admin account recovery process when an Okta super admin account gets locked out. Based on Okta's documentation, if all super admins are locked out and cannot reset their credentials, we need to contact Okta Support for assistance.

Okta Verify app is running in the background process, but when the user tries to open it, the app GUI never opens and crashes.
