In addition to what other said (i.e., give new members time to acclimate), it would be hard to start the challenge at the beginning of the January because many members (and coaches) are still traveling for the holidays. By the time the TC starts in the second half of the month, most people have resumed taking classes at their home studio.

2024年6月12日 · OTF treads are pretty bouncy as far as treadmills go. I don't want to deal with two pairs so I prioritize floor stability and my shoes are still fine for OTF treads. The only time I've switched it up is the rare Tread50 class, where I wore slightly cushier shoes.
