Aug 19, 2015 · When I try to boot into Windows 10 Pro, I reach the lock screen just fine. From there, I hit Ctrl + Alt + Delete to log in. At this point, though, no user accounts at all are showing up. The only things on the screen (aside from the background) are: 1. Network connection. 2. Ease of Access. 3. Power button. Login was working fine this morning.

Jun 10, 2019 · This is a new setup of a laptop so it hasn't been in service , there are no backups to restore to. Everything was looking and working great, I did the remaining updates and I came back from lunch and surprise no user. I don't know what happened, but the main user account (and another) is missing at the login screen.

Jan 2, 2023 · I recently installed Windows 11 and upgraded to the last version. I moved the Videos, Download, Pictures and Documents folders to the D:\ drive using the Ubication tab of each folder, and then I realized thay my user folder is not shown anymore in C:\Users. Even activating the "View hidden elements" in Explorer is not visible.
