2013年7月20日 · Ok, all joking aside, as mentioned above, check to make sure the wheel wasn't accidentally moved changing the settings. The D3100 does not have a lock on this wheel and thus is easy to bump out of setting and the pop up flash will not pop up in some of the settings such as "M, A, S, & P. the dial/wheel also has a no flash setting as well.
