2012年10月18日 · No chromed barrel , beyond the rust problems, is well known for last much less than chromed barrel (6000-7000 rounds) . The alternative is buying a brand new Radom ak 47 with milled receiver. In that case i would have the chromed bore but i heard so many voices about cracking receiver on the milled ones. The milled one is built 1960 .

2011年10月15日 · I have a couple of Century stamped AKs - Polish 1960 Milled and this Yugo - and from what I understand, these were contracted out to a US-based builder based on the original parts kits. Century just adds their name. As expected, numbers don't match but at least for these 2 rifles, fitting and finish is better, even better than the Draco.

2008年11月2日 · Not for a brand new 100% Zastava made AK. You may have a Century built M70 gun with a US receiver and barrel, and if its polymer furniture, thats probably US made too, dunno if the Yugo AKs ever came with polymer parts. This one doesn't have the crappy Green Mountain barrel either. I really don't like their barrels for the AK or the 10/22

2012年3月7日 · Also the Yugo model 24, was originally made in the mid 1920's. They are great rifles, made with old world craftsmanship. When they were later upgraded post-war by the Yugoslavian military (M24/47), they were given new Model 1948 barrels. Some also have the turned down Model 1948 bolts, which is the version I have (bought from Samco). Cool rifles.
