The National Museum of Afghanistan (Dari: موزیم ملی افغانستان, Mūzīyam-e mellī-ye Afghānestān; Pashto: د افغانستان ملی موزیم, Də Afghānistān Millī Mūzīyəm) is located across the street from the Darul Aman Palace in the Darulaman area of Kabul, Afghanistan.

The National Museum of Afghanistan, is also referred to as the Kabul Museum, however the team managing the museum do get upset about people incorrectly saying the wrong name, as it is a museum depicting the history of Afghanistan, and not just Kabul.

The National Museum, often referred to as the Kabul Museum, originated in 1919 when a collection of historic curiosities was housed in the Bagh-e-Bala Pavilion, Kabul by King Amanullah Khan. In 1924 the collection was moved to the Koti Bagcha pavilion within the Arg Palace, and formally inaugurated as the National Museum.
