Because he would need that information to effectively govern as Hokage, the history of the villages and the great nations, His duties as Hokage, etc.

Kishimoto, the creator of the series, confirmed that Naruto went from Genin to Hokage. “Kishimoto: Naruto didn’t become a jounin. He became Hokage as a genin. Sasuke is not a jounin or chuunin either, but rather, since he left the village, he is a nukenin.

Genin is a training rank, one you either graduate out of by your late teens or stop being a Shinobi at all. Remember, Might Dai was a particularly embarrassing exception for still being a genin as an adult.

Like it or not, both were shown superior to sage mode adult Naruto in recent chapters, and honestly by a pretty good margin. I would put 8th gate might Duy around sage mode Naruto, due to being massively weaker in base than Guy.

2021年1月10日 · Naruto - ties Sasuke after Sas gets curse lv2, outwits and beats down Kiba, beats Neji. Similar with his Neji fight, Shino's bugs would just bring out the fox faster. Shino - low feats but shown to be very resourceful, and has a great unique ability with the bugs.

2022年10月23日 · If the feat were valid, the only one who would be at around the speed of sound is CM1 Sasuke, who is hardly the baseline for genin. Sasuke’s feat would put him easily above Mach1, he carried Sakura then fetches Naruto and then travels behind Zaku. Dosu makes a point about Rock Lee not being able to surpass the speed of sound.

2022年12月8日 · The graduates are officially made Genin and they do get continued training, but it's less personalized and focused (think more a military boot camp). Chunin are given a group of like 5-10 Genin to manage at a time. A Genin can remain in the Corps for life, if they choose, but they must remain for at least 6 years.
