The Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) is a forum of 120 countries that are not formally aligned with or against any major power bloc. It was founded with the view to advancing interests of developing countries in the context of Cold War confrontation. [5] After the United Nations, it is the largest grouping of states worldwide. [2] [6]

The 19th Summit was decided to be conducted in the capital of Uganda, Kampala as the 18th Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) Summit was held in Azerbaijan. The summit took place between 15th and 20th January 2024 at Speke Resort Munyonyo.

The 19th Summit of Heads of State and Government of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) will convene under the theme, ‘Deepening Cooperation for Shared Global Influence’. The Summit is expected to result in an outcome document. As the current Chair of the NAM from 2024-2027, Uganda is hosting the Summit.

2024年11月22日 · The NAM co-hosted the 2024 North American Manufacturing Conference on Tuesday and Wednesday in Ottawa, Canada, along with the Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters and the Confederation of Industrial Chambers of Mexico.

The 3rd Conference of the Non-Aligned Movement Parliamentary Network (NAM PN) will be held on March 25, 2024, in Geneva, Switzerland, on the sidelines of the 148th Assembly of the Inter-parliamentary Union (IPU). The venue of the 3rd Conference will be the Wilson Ballroom at the Hotel President Geneva.

2023年9月22日 · On Sept. 19–20, the NAM convened the inaugural North American Manufacturing Conference in Washington, D.C., along with its counterpart associations from Mexico and Canada, the Confederation of Industrial Chambers of Mexico and Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters.

The summit's final document ratified on October 26 by the 120 members of NAM, emphasizes strengthen NAM solidarity in combating terrorism while highlighting that terrorism should not be associated with any religion, nationality, civilization or ethnic group.
