2016年1月20日 · NSLC is totally worth it. I questioned it a lot too. I went the summer of 2015 as a rising senior. It was honestly the greatest, most life changing experiences I’ve ever had. I did the journalism program though I’m not sure that’s the right name. It might seem like too much money but think of it as an investment for a better future.

2021年11月23日 · Hey, this is 10 months late but NSLC is a scam (imo). I was gifted it by a family member after being invited and it was not only a waste of time and money, but it was basically a summer camp from hell.

While the program is on the pricier side, NSLC OFFERS SCHOLARSHIPS. People calling these programs scams have not experienced, first hand, what this program does to help students grow as people.

2024年1月4日 · Hi, I’m not exactly in college, but I am taking college classes for Astronomy. I’m 16 years old, and I was invited to NSLC, or the National Student Leadership Conference. I was excited at first, but now I just don’t know. People are telling me its scam, and that its more like a social event and not as prestigious as they say it is.

2023年5月20日 · nslc was a very fun experience and you meet a lot of outgoing and driven people, so i highly recommend the program for the sake of the experience with that said, nslc does not give shadowing. you practice some medical techniques such as drawing blood, giving injections, assisting ppl with mobility issues, suturing, etc, but no shadowing.
