I don't think it's a skip thing. I'm suspecting that he's using the ham radio repeaters in order to be getting a near perfect signal off the dude.

2022年6月1日 · Oh he’s back on. Just called the New Mexicos governor office. They said if they get enough complaints they’ll shut him down. 505-476-2200 is the Governors line. Just spoke w a nice lady who said people are mad because the fcc won’t do anything. Call this number and complain about the mud duck.

I’ve sent several reports to the FCC about Mud Duck, haven’t heard anything back whatsoever. I’m near where NY, NJ, and PA meet on the map and he blasts in so much that I can’t hear anyone next to me. Uncalibrated splatter box window licker that needs to go back to the bench and practice safety first. Just sayin’
