Montclair Branch Library (San Bernardino County Library) 9955 Fremont Ave. Montclair, CA 91763 (909) 465-5220 Branch Hours: Monday – Wednesday 11 AM – 7 PM Thursday – Friday 10 AM – 6 PM Saturday 9-5 Sunday Closed. All branch libraries provide free access to computer workstations which are connected to the Library’s information network.

The Montclair Police Department is a municipal law enforcement agency responsible for the delivery of a full range of law enforcement services. The Police Department was first established in 1956 with a sworn force of six officers, operating out of a 17' x 8' office.
