A: Yes, MoCP is located on the ground level with two street level entrances at Harrison St. and Michigan Ave. Elevators are located across from our main entrance to access the second floor of our exhibition galleries and print study room.
Collection – MoCP - Museum of Contemporary Photography
In the fall of 2023, MoCP received a grant (MA-253051-OMS-23) from the Institute for Museum and Library Services to support digitizing additional works in our collection and updating artists’ biographies to make the collection more accessible to the general public.

The Snider Prize – MoCP - Museum of Contemporary Photography
The Snider Prize is a purchase award given to emerging artists in their final year of graduate study. The winner receives $3,000, and two honorable mentions each receive $500 towards the purchase of work to be added to MoCP’s permanent collection.
