2016年4月18日 · BUT if I shampoo too often my hair also looks like fried ****. Can't do it every day. The key is to find a balance. For me, that is shampooing 2-3 times a week. Twice with something like Nizoral or T/gel and once with just baby shampoo. I don't use a leave in conditioner but I am thinking of it.
