2021年4月13日 · Really weird, can't find an mention of missing fences in forums, I have had issues with animals disappearing in the past usually in situations where my computer or minecraft crashed or closed unexpectedly, but never fencing . Has anybody else encountered this, more concerned by the missing fencing than the animals right now. Thank you

2017年1月9日 · I've seen rabbits jump over a 1-high fence (1.5-block collision mask) on flat ground. They wouldn't escape the pen when they were just idling around, but when I went in to feed them, they got spooked by my presence (I guess) and started jumping around wildly, enough to make it over the fence. I think this was back in 1.10 when it happened.

2011年12月30日 · The reason animals glitch through fences on multiplayer is because they can occupy the same block as a fence. When that block re-loads, there is no way for minecraft to tell which SIDE of the fence the mob was on in that block, and it can sometimes end up on the wrong side of the fence.

2011年6月9日 · Adjacent fences would connect in a diagonal fashion as shown above. This would allow the creation of downward slopes using fences. The hit box for the diagonal fence would increase by .5 every block, so it would obey the current grid. Rails alongside staircases would be possible! tl;dr Place fences on half-blocks. 2019年3月21日 · The pen is made of fence on a flat surface (no raised blocks nearby) and the gate was closed. On one fencepost I had placed a piece of carpet so that I could get in and out without opening the gate. I assumed that mobs couldn't use this mechanism, but I have to assume that either wolves can, or that they can jump over fences.

2012年8月16日 · This is easily possible: Just use redstone torches under the blocks that the gates rest on. If you need to make it wider than 15 blocks for some reason I can also help!3

Here, only one fence is placed, so only a fence post will be seen. Example B: Grass = Grass. Wood = Fence.
