The series is hosted by Jen Young, the Outdoor Recreation Supervisor for the City of Milton, Georgia. Known affectionately as "Ranger Jen," Jen has earned statewide recognition for her leadership in outdoor recreation, being named Georgia’s top recreation program professional in November 2024.

This “Open House” capped the second of three stages in the development of an Arnold Mill Small Area Plan, which aims to address needs and propose potential new amenities while maintaining that section of southwest Milton’s distinctly rural feel.
