2013年2月6日 · I picked up an old melex 512e now I know it's not a popular cart but it's in excellent condition and got it cheap. I added a 5 inch lift (homemade) and painted it. I'm in the process of fabricating a rear seat now and looking for bigger rims and tires.

2011年1月3日 · Re: Lift kits for Melex if it s a four wheel cart! You can make some block for the font two. i used 1 inch box tubing between two flat plates. the steering arm is kind of tricky but i put mine in a vise and heated it and bent it slowly. worked out perfect!

2018年7月13日 · I have a melex 36 volt cart with brand new batteries and a brand new solenoid. I get power to solenoid and key switch is functioning properly but when I step on gas pedal I don’t get voltage to the 2 big lugs on solenoid.

2014年5月10日 · i have replaced the f/r switch on a old model 252 . all battery cables are in the right place but there are 3 smaller wires that im confused as to the location, 2 of which are the micro switch, i believe them to be wired correctly but the bottom terminal of the f/r switch also had a small wire that was missing all but the connector. so my question is what wire other than the …

2011年12月6日 · Re: Melex golf cart This is how it`s done, rent a front wheel drive hub puller from Auto Zone, get it good and tight and use a hammer round the hub it will come off but dont be in front of it because it flys off. some spray lub around hub wiil work.
