Medvedgrad is a medieval castle located on the slopes of Medvednica Mountain (Bear Mountain). As a matter of fact, it has been overlooking Zagreb for the past eight centuries. It has a viewing platform in the castle placed 500 meters high.

2010年3月21日 · Medvedgrad fortress is located on the southern hillside of Mount Medvednica. It can be seen from nearly every part of Zagreb and its surroundings. Although nowadays rather poorly explored, it is one of the most interesting medieval monuments in Zagreb region.

Medvedgrad (Medwed, Medveduar, Medve), srednjovjekovna utvrda (burg) na južnim obroncima Medvednice, sjeverno od Zagreba. Ima dvije jake obrambene kule, zgrade za stanovanje, romaničko-gotičku kapelu sv. Filipa i Jakova, prostrano predvorje, a cijeli je kompleks okružen zidovima i opkopima.
