my store is just crew -> shift manager -> assistant manager -> general manager and if you want to go higher than that and outside just the store, it then goes to a region supervisor who oversees a group of stores in a certain region. the franchise I work at has like 26 total stores. and after region supervisor is the owner operator.

I figured they denied my application this time around, but I checked my email randomly and was surprised to see one about arranging an interview.

When I did speak he was uninterested and cut off my answer after 10 seconds of speaking. Only was interested in my availability and tried pushing me into being more available than I already was.
