Masten Towers does not provide assisted living, nursing services, housekeeping services, or personal care. Residents must be capable of fulfilling lease requirements by themselves or arrange on their own for needed services to be provided by outside agencies or caregivers.

After four years of effort, their dream became a reality in May 1974 with the opening of Masten Towers, an 11-story modern apartment building in downtown Fresno. Named in honor of John Masten, the project provided housing for the elderly and mobility impaired.

Masten Towers offers one-bedroom and studio apartments. All units feature: Carpet; Blinds; Electric stove; Refrigerator; Air conditioning and central heating; One-bedroom apartments include a separate kitchen and bathroom which is located just off the bedroom. Studio apartments include a kitchenette and private bath.
