2015年6月12日 · The new uniform subpoena was created after rules were adopted by the Court of Appeals (Maryland Rule 2-510, 3-510, 4-265 and 4-266) to provide attorneys with a uniform subpoena form for the Circuit Courts and the District Court.

To ensure that the required seal of the issuing court and the proper clerk’s signature appear on the subpoena, there are separate forms for each circuit and district court; but the content of each from is the same.
