Clicking on "More Windows features" brings up the old Windows 7 "Turn Windows features on or off" but the list does not include RSAT (see second screenshot).

If you're able to open Optional features successfully, it means that one or more of the applications or drivers that start along with Windows are causing the problem.

The list of (to me) of useless stuff is associated with typing and recognition etc and I'm just frustated that I cannot avoid information that interrupts what I am doing and is something I don't need or want.
