Aug 31, 2018 · That command seems to just take a copy of C:\Program Files (x86)\MSI Afterburner\Profiles I have been unable to make it work with paths containing a space, so I just manually copy the above folder to the desired location. May 10, 2022 · you can use RTSS as standalone to have fps counter and even highly customizable overlay, but MSI AB depends on RTSS functionality when it comes to overlays, so MSI AB can't be used without RTSS for overlays.

Dec 29, 2012 · I had it set up to show the FPS by itself and my brother has his to show which DirectX the game is using and the FPS On-Screen Display so I decided to change it. But now we both forgot how to change it back to just show the FPS. (Takes too much space even on the small font or unreadable at a quick glance)

May 26, 2021 · The OSD and the FPS limiter (including scanline sync) is implemented in RTSS. So you still got those. Afterburner provides the hardware monitoring, like CPU/GPU clocks and utilization, fan speeds, etc, as well as the overcloking and fan control. So you lose that functionality without Afterburner.
